Baby Dragon is one of interesting point of this game. Your characters can bring maximum two Baby Dragons for a battle flight and one for a Discovery Travel. Each Baby Dragon has its own skill which is useful in various situations. Therefore, clearly understanding your Baby Dragon will help you use them effectively. Up to now, the developers made 106 Baby Dragons (I collected 95 among them) and they will release more in the future for sure. To acquire Baby Dragons you have to buy the Common Eggs (for Common and Rare species) or Golden Eggs (for Legendary species) and it drops randomly.

Number 119 (a rare species) has similar features of Number 93 (the bullets can go through enemies) but the bullets of number 119 have no attribute.

Sorry, I change a little about the explanation for Baby Dragon No.137: When flying, bonus experience will be adding to all Baby Dragons by an amount equal to 5% per level of Moon Rabbit Dragon.
So:
1) At lv20, Moon Rabbit Baby Dragon adds 100% addition experience to the Baby Dragon Partner.
2) The best place to raise Baby Dragon one by one (Moon Rabbit is required to be a flying partner here) is Slime Cave (any Slime Boss gives same experience). Remember to buy dragon meat and equip all experience supporting items before farming.

How do you get the fairies? Do they drop from gold eggs?
You can get the fairies from events, I got most of mine from the last Christmas Event.
Looks like you can get one when you complete the attendance thingy up to 11 days, it a purple egg so it's a Special-Rare one

I have a question: in the panel for buying eggs, there's a bar with a darkened icon of a golden egg. What is it for? It seems to be a way to gain a golden egg by accumulating 10 points or something.

By the way, that dark bar shows the number of golden eggs you bought. If you fill the bar by buying 10 golden eggs, they will give you 1 golden egg for free ^^
